Australian Shipping Details
We at Squadra Corse Racegear are proud to offer nation-wide, shipping on all retail orders.
We use all major freight couriers. Including TNT, Startrack, Direct Freight, GKR Transport, Aramax and Australia Post.
All New Complete Kart and Rolling Chassis orders incur a flat shipping rate of $350 for new chassis at (RRP) and will be applied on checkout. Freight for discounted or used chassis will be calculated and charged as per courier quote.
WA and NT residents please reach out for a freight quote prior to placing a order as our built in freight calculator at checkout is only based around capital cities hence additional freight charges may be incurred.
Delivery Times:
We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome.
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24hrs from receiving the order Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, however, on some occasions we may be away racing ourselves and will ensure our clients are notified of this short delay to our usual awesome service.
Delivery times vary around Australia, however we strive to work with the fastest and safest transport options available to us.
Due to Covid-19 (I know we are over talking about it as well) freight companies have amended there freight charges quite significantly. On the odd occasion Larger Parcels over 30kg sent to a Residential address will be charged a MHF (manual Handling Fee). If this is the case Squadra Corse Racegear has the right to pass these costs onto the customer. Redelivery charges will also be passed on to trade/retail customers who choose “Signature required” and are not there to receive their goods.
NZ SHIPPING
New Zealand Shipping Details
For standard 5-10 day deliveries to NZ we have a flat rate of $25 for orders under 3kg For Larger orders and complete Kart purchases, please call to arrange delivery of these goods. Express shipping using DHL Express can be arranged and we guarantee, or prices are extremely competitive.
Delivery Times:
All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped with DHL Express. They advise a 2-3 business day delivery to most areas in New Zealand.
Customs/Duties:
For orders to our Bro’s over the Ditch orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes. Squadra Corse Racegear has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Squadra Corse Racegear will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Squadra Corse Racegear will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping Details
All orders shipped internationally will be shipped with DHL Express.
Delivery Times:
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic only DHL express is available. Delivery times vary country dependant however this is an express service. We can assure you if anyone can get your goods to you fast DHL can.
Customs/Duties:
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Squadra Corse Racegear cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Squadra Corse Racegear will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Every country has their own customs department, the easiest way to locate and contact them is to use Google and type in: “Customs and import duties – followed by the name of your country” and you will be able to navigate to the appropriate site and contact them to complete the delivery.
DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION:
Squadra Corse Racegear takes all necessary steps and paperwork in regards to the transportation of dangerous goods seriously.
We comply with the regulations of sending ‘DG’ and ensure the safe handling of potentially hazardous items on their journey to your door.
Items considered as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents and aerosols. DG items will not be sent on Air transport and there will be additional charges applied for all goods deemed ‘DG’.
If your order consist of multiple items including ‘DG’ we may take the decision to split your order. This does not slow down the handling time frame of your order, it just means the DG goods may take a little longer to reach you. This can all be followed on your live tracking of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, the dangerous goods legislation prevents us from shipping DG products internationally.
Considerations
Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
Dispatch is based on items leaving our base on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience. If you don’t have stock its not because we don’t want to stock it, its because there are delays from our suppliers or their suppliers.
